Ordering Process and Pricing

Product Availability: The Site lists various products (e.g., shoes, accessories) for sale within India. All purchases made on the Site are subject to State Of Joy’s acceptance, which is at its sole discretion. State Of Joy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, even after order confirmation. If your payment method has been charged for an order that is later cancelled, State Of Joy’will issue a refund to your payment method.

Pricing: The prices listed on the Site include applicable taxes and delivery charges unless specified otherwise. State Of Joy strives to provide accurate pricing but may, on occasion, encounter pricing errors. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors.

Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, you may contact State Of Joy for notifications regarding restocking or availability.

Product Maintenance

To maintain the quality and appearance of your products, we recommend the following care instructions:

  • Hand wash insoles for best results.
  • Machine wash shoes on a gentle cycle using mild detergent and air dry.
