Can I exchange my shoes for a different size/style?

If you wish to receive a different product, you can place a new order for the desired product and initiate a return request for the original product. This option is available upto 7 days after the delivery of your product.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is picked up, refunds are processed within 10 business days after the quality check. Refund are only processed subject to the return conditions.
