Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

State of Joy – R2 Sports Private Limited

The Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy of R2 Sports Private Limited, operating under the brand name “State of Joy” (“State of Joy”, “we”, “us” or “our”), applies to all purchases made on www.stateofjoy.in (“Site”), subject to the terms stated below.

You may choose to return the products within a period of 7 days from the date of delivery of product.

In the event you receive any damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was ordered, you have to mandatorily notify us by email within 48hrs of receipt of the product.

We strongly recommend that buyers carefully review product descriptions, size charts and images before placing an order.

Conditions for Return

Your right to return the product(s) shall apply exclusively to products that:

  • are unused,
  • are in the same condition as when delivered, and
  • are returned with all original packaging, tags and the original invoice.

No return or refund shall be made if:

  • the product has been used;
  • the product is returned in a damaged, altered or tampered condition;
  • the mandatory return information is not provided.

State of Joy reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, the Buyer must send an email to customercare@r2sportswear.com

The email must include the following mandatory details:

  • Order number
  • A clear reason for the return
  • Three (3) clear images of the product received (top, bottom and side views)

Return requests that do not include the above details may be rejected.

Once your return request is approved, further instructions for returning the product will be shared by our team.

Important Notes

  • Please do not send back any used footwear or products.
  • If the used product is returned, the return shall be treated as invalid and the Buyer shall bear the cost of reshipping the product and no refund will be made.
  • All returned products must be sent with original packaging, tags and the original invoice.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange for a different size, we can replace it once we receive the original product back in the condition as mentioned above.

If you wish to exchange for a different product, you may place a fresh order and initiate a return request for the original product in accordance of our policy. In case the product that is returned does not meet the conditions of return, the refund will not be processed.

Return of Free Gifts

If any gift is provided along with your order, the gift must be returned together with the main product.

Partial Returns

You may return individual items from a multi-item order.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only before the product has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation shall not be permitted.

Inspection & Final Decision

All returned products and defect claims are subject to inspection by State of Joy.

The decision of the State of Joy regarding acceptance or rejection of any return or claim shall be final and binding.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified by State of Joy.

Refunds will be processed within ten (10) working days from the date the returned product is received and verified.

The customer will be notified once the refund is approved and the team will be requesting the bank account details to make the payment.
